Cavity Wall Insulation & Stabilisation

The solution for hard-to-treat cavities — a high-density polyurethane injected through small pre-drilled holes to fill and stabilise the void.

Why it matters

Many older and hard-to-treat properties have cavities that were never insulated, or where the original insulation has slumped, absorbed water or failed — leaving cold spots, damp and high heating bills. Corroded or missing wall ties can add a structural concern. A rigid, high-density injected foam addresses both: it fills the full depth of awkward cavities and sets solid to help stabilise the wall leaves.

Walltite LWP CV100

Installed as a liquid through a pattern of 12 mm pre-drilled holes, Walltite LWP CV100 expands to fill each void and sets as a rigid, high-density polyurethane insulation. Because it cures rigid rather than staying loose, it bonds to both wall leaves and helps re-stabilise cavities affected by failed ties or movement — restoring thermal performance in a single visit, leaving only small, easily made-good drill holes.

Benefits

  • Fills hard-to-treat cavities
  • Rigid high-density set
  • Improved thermal performance
  • Minimal disruption (small drill holes)

Applications

  • Hard-to-treat cavity walls
  • Older properties with failed insulation
