Grit (abrasive) blasting
Grit blasting is a powerful, effective method for removing rust, scale, old coatings and surface contaminants from steel, concrete and masonry. Using compressed air and abrasive media such as garnet, steel grit or aluminium oxide, it creates a clean, profiled surface ideal for recoating and structural restoration.
Best for: deep, aggressive cleaning of corrosion and heavy buildup; producing the ideal surface profile for coatings and primers; and fast, effective work on large-scale projects.
Dustless blasting
Dustless blasting combines abrasive media with water in a pressurised system, significantly reducing airborne dust while delivering excellent cleaning results — a safer, cleaner and more environmentally responsible alternative to traditional dry blasting.
Best for: graffiti and paint removal in urban settings, heritage building cleaning (gentle on delicate surfaces), automotive and machinery restoration, and preparation near sensitive or populated areas. Minimal dust and airborne contamination, lower containment and cleanup, and safe for public or environmentally sensitive sites.
High-pressure water cleaning (hydro jetting)
High-pressure water cleaning uses pressurised water (up to 5000 psi or more) to clean, strip or decontaminate surfaces without chemicals or abrasives. This non-destructive process is ideal where preserving the substrate is essential.
Best for: cleaning cladding, façades, roofs and paving; removing algae, oil, grease and industrial residues; preparing concrete for coatings or waterproofing; and internal pipe and drain jetting with specialised attachments. Eco-friendly, safe for textured or delicate surfaces and low-dust for indoor or confined spaces.
